I do, however, want to address some comments.

1. Yes, I know, we've been slow on the updates, and I will finally share why with you.  A few months back, my mother's health began failing and there were talks of me going through a liver transplant to help her. Well things have gotten progressively worse, and next Friday, she goes in for her Cancer marker.   I'm not going to sit here and divulge all of her medical issues, but I will say it is very bad, and that I've been taking some time over the holidays and what not to spend more time with her and help her develop a good support network to use.  I am blessed to have many friends who've been through this, as well as a terrific friend who is a stage 4 cancer survivor who is helping talk me through the mumbo jumbo and medical jargon.  I will be in Chicago next weekend to be there for my mother on that very difficult day, and I will be making damn sure come hell or high water that there is a script in my hand early so that I can pre-set the update before I head out.   Please, seriously, send all the positive energy you can her way. She is going to need it.

2. The teaser; Drazz for some reason had trouble getting me a script so the teaser for our next story arc was tossed up. I know it irritated some of you, but it also drummed up a lot of questions and I got a bit of email about it.  People are curious and I was excited about the next arc, so I wanted to share.   We'll wrap up the current arc in the next couple of weeks and then there'll be some fun stuff till we start the next arc.

3. It's the holidays, dudes.  Eat, drink, be merry, and enjoy yourselves!

I just felt that an explanation was owed in regard to the slacktastic last few weeks.  I'm sorry gang.  I'm also not the writer, and Drazz has been stressy, so I can't just write the comic without him. It's a partnership, and sometimes life gets in the way.  Thanks for sticking it out with us.
